Steffan Berelowitz founded Bit Group, Inc. a Boston-based interactive agency in 1995. Bialas joined Bluepay as General Manager in 2003 and was promoted to President in 2005 after spending 2 years with EZIC as the Vice President of Business Development. While at EZIC, Bialas was responsible for creating a sales model, revamping the product image, price structure and target market. Bialas also worked with CEO and tech team to create a Third Party Billing Company that further leveraged the processing platform. This subsidiary company quickly became the most profitable operation for the company. Prior to Bluepay, Bialas spent time at various early stage software companies that had a focus on transaction processing. During this time Bialas held various operating and business development roles. As CEO of Togaworld, Bialas was responsible for leveraging seed capital to take the company from business plan to profitability. This was accomplished in less than 24 months. Bialas was responsible for raising additional capital, securing top customers like Microsoft and Peapod, as well as enhancing the operational and sales model. Ms. Henderson brings more than a decade of experience in economic development to the table, most recently as a senior project manager for GDEcD who focused on the life sciences industry. Prior to joining GDEcD, she worked for economic development organizations in her home state of Indiana.
